Bao He Pian (保和片, "Preserve Harmony Tablets") is based on a classical formula from the Yuan dynasty. In Chinese medicine it is used to help the digestion deal with food that is sitting heavily in the stomach.

Shan Zha (Crataegi Fructus)
Liu Shen Qu (Massa Medicata Fermentata)
Lai Fu Zi (Raphani Semen)
Mai Ya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus)
Zhi Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum)
Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)
Fu Ling (Poria)
Lian Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus)
 
How to take: Tablets taken with warm water, usually twice daily. Dosage should follow the advice of a qualified practitioner.
