Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang is a classical formula from the Qing dynasty physician Wang Qingren, with around 200 years of use. It is traditionally used to tonify Qi and move Blood.

In Chinese medicine, strong Qi is what moves the Blood. This formula is traditionally used where weak Qi and Blood stasis block the channels, with signs such as weakness, numbness or reduced movement in the limbs.

Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:

  • Tonifies Qi
  • Moves Blood and resolves stasis
  • Unblocks the channels

How to take: Dissolve 5g of granules in warm water and take twice a day.

Anyone recovering from a stroke or other serious illness should use this formula only alongside their medical team's care and after speaking to our practitioners.

Please note: Please speak to one of our practitioners before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.
