Chuan Xiong Cha Tiao San (Ligusticum and Green Tea Formula) is a classical Chinese formula traditionally used when external Wind affects the head.

Disperses Wind from the head
Eases discomfort in the head
Releases the exterior (chills)
 
Traditionally used for:
Headaches that come on with a chill or change in weather
A stuffy head and stiff neck
Mild chills at the start of a seasonal cold
