A home cupping set with 24 plastic cups in a range of sizes and a pistol-grip hand pump to adjust the suction - suitable for beginners and experienced users.

Cupping is a traditional Chinese technique that many people use alongside massage for tight, tired muscles and relaxation.

In the set:
24 cups in assorted sizes
1 pistol-grip hand pump

Start with gentle suction and short sessions. Do not use on broken skin, varicose veins, the face, or during pregnancy, and check with your GP if you take blood thinners. Cupping can leave temporary round marks.
