Qing Fei Pai Du is a multi-herb formula built from several classical Chinese formulas. It is traditionally used to open the Lungs, release the exterior, clear Heat and Phlegm, and promote the movement of fluids.
Important: This tea is not a treatment for any infection or viral illness. If you have difficulty breathing, a high temperature, or symptoms that get worse, contact your GP, or call 999 or 112 in an emergency. Please speak to your GP before use if you take any medication.
Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:

- Promotes the movement of fluids
Traditionally used for:
- Cough and chesty congestion
- Feeling of tightness in the chest during seasonal colds
How to take: Dissolve 5g of granules in 200ml of freshly boiled water and take twice a day.

Zhi Gan Cao (Prepared Chinese licorice root); Ku Xing Ren (Apricot seed); Shi Gao (Gypsum); Gui Zhi (Cassia twig); Ze Xie (Asian water plantain rhizome); Zhu Ling (Zhu ling sclerotium); Bai Zhu (bai-zhu atractylodes rhizome); Fu Ling (Poria sclerotium); Chai Hu (Bupleurum root); Huang Qin (Barbed skullcap root); Jiang Ban Xia (Pinellia rhizome cured with ginger) Zi Wan (Tartarian aster root); Sheng Jiang (Fresh ginger rhizome). Kuan Dong Hua (Coltsfoot flower bud); She Gan (Belamcanda rhizome); Shan Yao (Chinese yam rhizome); Zhi Shi (Bitter orange immature fruit); Chen Pi (Tangerine dried rind); Huo Xiang (Chinese giant hyssop aerial part).
