Fu Fang Qing Dai is a Chinese herbal formula built around Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis), traditionally used to clear Heat from the Blood and soothe the skin.
Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:

- Dispels Wind to ease itching

- Red, itchy rashes
- Raised, scaly patches of skin

Drains Heat, relieves Fire toxicity and cools the Blood.
Rx. Lithospermi Zi Cao
Clears Heat, cools the Blood, relieves Fire toxins, encourages rashes and clears Damp-Heat from the skin.
Hb. Taraxaci Pu Gong Ying
Reduces abscesses, dissipates nodules, clears the Liver and eyes, clears Heat, and resolves Dampness.
Hb. Portulacae Ma Chi Xian
Resolves Fire toxicity, cools the Blood, clears Damp-Heat and clears sores.
With Pu Gong Ying, for intestinal abscess.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen
Activates Blood, breaks up Blood Stasis, clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes the Blood and generates flesh.
Rx. Angelicae Dahuricae Bai Zhi
Expels Wind, disperses Cold, reduces swelling, expels pus, expels Dampness and generates tissue.
Fr. Crataegi Shan Zha
Reduces and guides out Food Stagnation. transforms Blood Stasis, dissipates clumps and invigorates Blood.
Massa Fermentata Shen Qu
Reduces Food Stagnation, harmonizes the Stomach and moves Qi.
Fr. Schisandrae Wu Wei Zi
