Qu Shi Gui Ling Cha (祛湿龟苓茶, "Damp-Clearing Gui Ling Tea") is an instant herbal tea from Guangxi Wuzhou. In Chinese medicine it is used to clear Heat and Damp, cool the Blood and soothe the skin.

Traditionally used for:
- Itchy, hot or irritated skin linked to Damp-Heat
- Spots and blemishes
- Feeling hot and heavy in warm, humid weather
Ingredients:
- Fu Ling (Poria)
- Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix)
- Bai Xian Pi (Dictamni Cortex)
- Jin Yin Hua (Lonicerae Flos)
- Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma)
- Zi Cao (Arnebiae Radix)
- Qian Cao (Rubiae Radix)
- Lian Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus)
How to take: Dissolve one 10 g sachet in boiling water and drink up to 3 times a day. 12 sachets per box.
A cooling tea: not suitable if you feel cold easily or have a weak, cold digestion with loose stools. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains Bai Xian Pi: not for long-term use, and speak to us first if you have had any liver problems.
