Heat Lamp & Cupping Set Offer - buy the heat lamp and cupping set together and save €200.

The infrared heat lamp gives gentle, soothing warmth for relaxing tight, tired muscles at home.

Its anglepoise-style arm with balancing springs lets you position the lamp safely without clamping, so you can reach awkward areas easily. The weighted base keeps it steady.

Cupping is a traditional Chinese technique in which cups create gentle suction on the skin. It is traditionally used to ease muscle tension, promote local circulation and help you relax - a bit like a deep-tissue massage in reverse.

Please read the instructions before use. Do not use heat or cupping on broken skin, during pregnancy without advice, or if you have a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning medication.

If you have any questions, call us or book a free consultation with one of our Chinese medicine herbalists online or in our clinics in Dublin 4 or Dún Laoghaire.
