An aromatic sea salt heat bag, hand made in our clinics by our practitioners with sea salt and herbs including Jiang Huang (turmeric), Ai Ye (mugwort) and Xi Xian Cao (Siegesbeckia).

Period cramps that feel better with warmth
 
How to use: Heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, check the temperature, then place on the area for 15 to 20 minutes.
 
Always test the temperature first to avoid burns. Do not use on babies or young children, or if you have reduced feeling in the skin.
