Huo Xue Zhuang Gu Gao are Chinese herbal plasters traditionally used to move the Blood and ease aches in the muscles and joints.
 
Traditionally used for:
Back and shoulder aches
Sprains and sports strains
Stiff, aching joints
 
How to use: Apply a patch to clean, dry skin over the area and leave on for several hours. 2 patches per box.
 
Not suitable during pregnancy. A suspected broken bone needs medical assessment first.
