Jie Yu An Shen is a Chinese herbal granule traditionally used to soothe the Liver, nourish the Blood and calm the mind.
Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:

- Calms the Shen (mind)
Traditionally used for:
- Feeling low, worried or irritable
- Restless, disturbed sleep
- Feeling tired, tense and unsettled
- Mood changes around menopause
Ingredients: Chai Hu (Bupleurum), Da Zao (jujube), Shi Chang Pu (Acorus), Ban Xia (prepared Pinellia), Bai Zhu (Atractylodes), Fu Xiao Mai (wheat), Yuan Zhi (Polygala), Gan Cao (licorice), Zhi Zi (Gardenia), Bai He (lily bulb), Dan Nan Xing (Arisaema), Yu Jin (Curcuma), Long Chi (dragon teeth), Suan Zao Ren (Ziziphus seed), Fu Ling (Poria), Dang Gui (Angelica sinensis). Contains sucrose.
If you feel low or anxious most days, please talk to your GP. Do not combine with antidepressants or sleeping tablets unless your doctor agrees.
