Liu Wei Di Huang (六味地黄, "Six Ingredient Rehmannia") is one of the best-known classical Chinese formulas. In Chinese medicine it is used to nourish Kidney and Liver Yin.

Ingredients:
Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)
Shan Zhu Yu (Corni Fructus)
Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma)
Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma)
Mu Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex)
Fu Ling (Poria)
 
How to take: Dissolve 5 g of granules in warm water, twice a day. Each bottle contains 100 g of granules. Dosage should follow the advice of a qualified practitioner.
 
Not suitable where there is poor appetite, bloating or loose stools, or during a cold or fever.
