Indulge yourself a little with a Saffron Foot Soak. In Traditional Chinese medicine, soaking your feet daily not only feels good but is traditionally used to warm the body and help you relax. Saffron is rich in nutrients and helps soften skin, so it works well alongside gentle exfoliation.
It can help remove dead skin cells and soften dry, cracked heels. Saffron can also help keep your skin hydrated. A perfect way to treat your feet!
How to use:
Immerse 2-3 sachets of powder into 1-2 litre of boiling water in a foot tub and stir well for 2-3 minutes.
Add a moderate amount of warm water and regulate the mixture to the preferred temperature.
Lastly, soak both feet for 10-15 minutes into the mixture for optimum results before wiping clean. The water should feel comfortably warm, not hot - around 38°C to 40°C. Always test it with your hand or elbow before putting your feet in.
Not suitable during pregnancy or for babies and young children. Use with caution on sensitive skin. For external use only. If you have diabetes, poor circulation or reduced feeling in your feet, speak to your GP before using a foot soak.
