Shen Ling Bai Zhu San (Ginseng, Poria and Atractylodes Powder) is a classical Chinese formula traditionally used to strengthen the Spleen (digestion) and resolve Damp. It is gentle and often used for longer periods.

How to take: Dissolve 5g of granules in warm water, twice a day.

Strongly tonifies Spleen and Lung Qi.
With Bai Zhu, tonifies the transformation and transportation functions of the Spleen.
With Bai Zhu and Fu Ling and Zhi Gan Cao, for Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency with anorexia, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal distention and fatigue.

Poria Fu Ling
Dries Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and transforms Phlegm.
With Bai Zhu, strengthens the Spleen and dries Dampness.
With Ren Shen and Bai Zhu, for a weak and deficient Spleen with fatigue, anorexia and loose stools.
