Shi Lin Tong is a Chinese herbal tea granule traditionally used to clear Damp-Heat from the bladder and urinary system.

A burning or uncomfortable feeling when passing urine
Needing to pass urine often or urgently
Dark, scanty urine
 
Urinary symptoms can be a sign of infection. Please see your GP if you have a fever, back or side pain, blood in your urine, or if symptoms last more than 2 days. Not a substitute for antibiotics if they are needed.
