Tze Tji Chun (Four Seasons Spring) is a lightly oxidised oolong tea grown in Taiwan at around 600-800 metres. Only the two youngest leaves are hand-picked, then steamed, dried and rolled into small balls in the traditional way.
The result is a fresh, light tea with a sweet, jasmine-like floral aroma. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
How to brew: use 1 teaspoon per cup with water just off the boil (about 90°C) and steep for 2-3 minutes. The leaves can be infused several times.
Contains caffeine.
