Shang Shi Zhi Tong Gao are Chinese herbal plasters traditionally used to promote circulation and ease aches in damp weather.
Traditionally used for:
- An aching back
- Muscle and joint aches that are worse in cold or damp weather
- Long-standing stiffness from old strains
How to use: Cut the plaster to size and apply to clean, dry skin over the area. 8 x 15cm, 5 plasters per pack.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
