Xiao Feng San Wan (Eliminate Wind Powder) is a classic Chinese formula used to disperse Wind, clear Heat and Damp, and cool the Blood.

Traditionally used for:
- Itchy, red, irritated skin
- Itching that is worse in warm weather
- Weepy, itchy skin patches
How to take: Take as directed on the packaging, or as advised by your herbalist.
See your GP if a rash spreads quickly, blisters, or comes with a fever or swelling of the face or lips. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Releases the exterior, expels Wind, vents rashes, and relieves itching.
Rx. Saposhnikoviae Fang Feng
Releases the exterior, moves Qi, expels Wind-Cold-Dampness and alleviates pain.
Fr. Arctii Niu Bang Zi
Disperses Wind-Heat, benefits the throat, clears Internal Heat and vents rashes.
Periostracum Cicadae Chan Tui
Expels Wind, clears internal Heat and vents rashes.
Rz. Atractylodis Cang Zhu
Strongly dries Dampness and expels Wind-Dampness.
With Ku Shen and Mu Tong, for leakage of Fluids.
Rx. Sophorae Flavescentis Ku Shen
Clears Heat, dries Dampness, disperses Wind and stops itching.
With Chan Tui and Jing Jie, for generalized itching.
Caulis Akebiae Mu Tong
Drains Damp-Heat through the urine.
Gypsum Fibrosum Shi Gao
Clears Heat, drains Fire and heals eczema, burns and ulcerated sores and wounds.
Rx. Anemarrhenae Zhi Mu
Clears Heat, drains Fire, nourishes Yin and moistens Dryness.
With Shi Gao, for epidemic diseases.

Cools Blood and clears Heat.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui
Nourishes and invigorates Blood, expels pus, reduces swelling and generates flesh.
