Yi Mu Cao (Motherwort, Leonurus) is a traditional Chinese herb whose name means "benefit mother herb". These granules are traditionally used to move Blood, regulate menstruation and promote urination.

Irregular or painful periods linked to Blood stasis
Periods with dark clots
Mild fluid retention
 
How to take: Mix the granules with warm water. Follow the dosage on the pack or your practitioner's advice.
 
Not suitable during pregnancy. Do not use with blood-thinning medication unless your doctor agrees.
