Yunnan Baiyao is a famous traditional Chinese first-aid formula based on San Qi (Notoginseng), traditionally used to help with minor bleeding and bruising.
Traditionally used for:
- Bruises, knocks and sprains
- Minor cuts and grazes
- Swelling after minor injuries
How to take: Adults: 1 to 2 capsules, 4 times a day, or as advised by your practitioner. Please ask us before giving to children.
Serious bleeding is an emergency: call 999 or 112. Not suitable during pregnancy. Do not use with blood-thinning medication unless your doctor agrees.
