Zheng Gu Shui is a classic Chinese herbal lotion for external use, traditionally used to move the Blood, relax muscles and tendons and reduce swelling.
Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:
- Moves Blood and disperses bruising
- Relaxes muscles and tendons
- Reduces swelling
Traditionally used for:
- Bruises, sprains and strains
- Tired, aching muscles before or after sport
- Stiff tendons and joints
Ingredients: Active: camphor 5.6%, menthol 15%. Also: alcohol, Japanese knotweed rhizome, Pycnostelma root, Zanthoxylum root, zedoary rhizome, water.
How to use: Apply to the area with cotton wool and rub in gently, a few times a day.
Contains alcohol, camphor and menthol: keep away from the eyes and flames. A suspected broken bone or dislocation needs medical assessment first.
